摘要：The device serves to optically determine physiological variables in perfusedtissue. The device comprises a first and a second light source which each emit lightradiation of a first or a second predetermined wavelength. The light sources arearranged in such a manner that the light radiation exiting them can penetrate into theperfused tissue. At least one photodetector is used, which is arranged so that it detectsthe light emitted by the light sources and passing through or backscattered by theperfused tissue. The device also comprises a control unit, which furnishes control signalsto the light sources so that the light sources continuously emit light alternately, one ormore dark phases can be inserted into this sequence, during which at least one lightsource does not emit any light. An evaluating device is connected to the output of thephotodetector and furnishes, for at least one physiological variable to be measured, adisplayable output signal to an interface that can be connected to the evaluating device.
