英语留言条的写法

便条开篇须有称呼语,但称呼可以比较随便。 日期部分可写在便条的右上角。

便条结尾须署上留条人的姓名,位置在正文的右下角。 便条的形式和内

容简洁,故可以用几句话概括。文字简明紧凑,明确无误。 文内语言尽量通俗口语,直截了当,无需使用客套语言。

便条虽简单,但中心务必突出,讲清楚写给谁的、什么事、谁写的以及什么时候 写的。 模板:

提纲类书面表达不是简单的逐条翻译,而是要求考生将所给的几个要点合理的组

一、便条 审题归类

一、便条的分类

便条是人们日常生活中最常见的一种联系方式。其分类很多,一般很难确定一个明确的标准,大体来讲,有以下几种。 1.留给私人的便条。如“留言条”。

2.第二,写给朋友的便条。如“请客便条”。

3.第三,写给有业务、债务关系的人的便条。如“索款便条”。 4.第四,写给单位或者有关组织负责人的便条。如“请假条”。

二、便条的写作特点

文内语言尽量通俗口语化,简单扼要,直截了当,无需使用客套语言。便条虽简单,但“便条的中心内容”务必突出,更要注明活动的时间及地点。便条不需邮寄,不用信封。通常请人代为转交。有时可写在留言板和留言簿上。

三、便条的注意事项 1.形式简单,通常不写信头,信内地址等内容。只包括日期,称呼,正文,署名等项。

2.篇幅短小,通常只表达临时的询问,留言,通知,请假,要求等。 3.语言通俗,口语化,简明扼要。 写作的基本格式

便条内容和类型不尽相同,可以灵活变通。但各类便条必须包括以下几个基本要素: 1. date:便条日期 2. salutation:称呼 3. body:正文 4. signature :签名

署名正文的右上方一般写日期,之后是称呼语(可正式也可随意,看两者关系),正文,最后要有签名。 重点词汇和常用句子
