1.My opinion about the development of e-book
As we all know, with the development of information technology, there are more and more electronic books. Most of people concern about the statement that e-books will take the place of traditional books for three main reasons. Firstly, e-books are in low price and are easy to carry. Secondly, reading space is large with a great amount of information. Last but not least, the popularity of electronic books save the forest resources, which achieve the green environmental protection.
There is no doubt that, compared with traditional books, electronic book has its incomparable advantages. In my point of view, in any case, the status of the traditional book is incomparable. From thousand years, people accept the traditional reading printed books on the psychology and concept. In the meantime, the feel of browsing through loving books is difficult to use words to describe its goodliness. What's more, reading electronic books for a long time in the long term can lead to dry eye pain and be bad for our health.
2. A picture about the lonely life of aged people
What a compelling and thought-provoking drawing it is! The picture tells us that an elderly person living alone said\" my son goes to work, my grandson goes to school and I feel lonely all the time. \" to herself in the mirror, sitting in front of the mirror with a burning candle in his hand. The picture reveals a major social problem nowadays. How should we take care of the lonely people despite of better living conditions and better medical care than before?
Why emerges such a situation? From my point of view, there are two main reasons. For one thing, children are busy to work or study so that they don't have enough time to take great care of old people. For another thing, some people treat old people as a big burden so that they don't be kind to the old.
However, attending to the old is an unshirkable responsibility. Some measures must be taken. First, we should treat our old family as our treasure not a fifth wheel. Second, the government should build more nursing homes and appeal people to spend more time accompanying the aged. Third, more organizations should provide old people more economy, health care and legal aids.
From the above, the conclusion is that we should do something to create happy time in later years for the old.
3. Reading and practice
Some people believe that reading is a critical part of learning and growth while others treat practice as the best way to learn. But, in my opinion, these are equally important, why not keep the balance of study and practice?
As is known to all, books are friends of human beings. At the right time, reading a right book can an emotional spark within us that motivates us to read more, understand more, and read joyfully. Take Shi Tie-sheng as an
example.Though he is a disabled person, he never gives up. He loves reading, which leads him to get more from reading, like life principles, persistence and so on. So, he is a success.
In the meantime, we all know practice makes perfect. In the way of life, whether to study, or work, just learning theory knowledge is useless, we should practice more.
So, from my point of view, reading and practice are of the same dominant position. Just like me, the best way of study is to combine reading with practice.In the process of study, I often spend free time on reading. When I do reading, I feel relaxed and calm, as well as learning more from it.
Also, I like doing hands-on working. When I make it, the efficiency of learning doubled. In the practice, I feel more clear.
About the above, I approve of the idea that combined reading with practice.
