摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inertial detector capable enhancing theaccuracy of frequency control of drive signal.SOLUTION: The inertial detector includes: avibrator; and a drive control unit that drives the vibrator. The drive control unit carries outa sampling of a drive detection signal which represents a deviation of the vibrator in adrive direction at a first clock, generates the first clock so that the length in each periodis different based on the sampled drive detection signal, and applies a drive signal whichhas a period of a length identical to the sum of the periods of predetermined number oftwo or more of the first clock to the vibrator to drive the vibrator.SELECTED DRAWING:Figure 7
